missing amenitiesslow service
The room lacked basic amenities. we requested toothbrushes and slippers multiple times, but they never arrived. also, obtaining an extra blanket proved difficult despite repeated requests. the service felt slow. Room service response was excessively delayed.

fantastic Experience
great foodlovely placefriendly staff
the hotel was great. It catered well for children. i loved the treasure hunt within the room, it had a code. the lego was fabulous.
the hotel can get too BUSY. sometimes finding a quiet spot was a bit challenging.

the staff were so FRIENDLY. Arif at reception was helpful and cooperative. the reception staff on september 13th helped find my son's kindle by watching CCTV footage and contacting me, i was impressed by their efforts.

the lego theme throughout the hotel was acceptable to me and my kids
the room was not clean upon arrival the shower pressure was horrible i expected more for the price i paid the parks opened too late in the day especially when traveling with kids it was difficult to manage our time effectively
